Thailand moves to extradite ‘Merchant of Death’ Viktor Bout to US

This man is Viktor Bout. He has ensnared with about two and half years in Thailand. Because he smuggled to sending illegal weapons. Mr. Bout is accused that distribute arms to large civil wars in Africa, South America and other place.Moreover, his procurator want to ask Their Majesties the King and Queen to change a judgment. International news recommended that US government and Thai government should think carefully what it is about, between crime and policy. For Thai government, they comprehend that is criminal. It is surely that US government think differently.

In my opinion, this news is very sensitive. Because it is a big problem. To send illegalweapons could effect to a relationship with each country.
